Hi, I´m Andie

​

I´m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritional Coach, Pole Sport Instructor and Stretching Lover.

I have practiced acrobatic gymnastics and aerial silks since I was little. I have always liked sports and learning all types of dance but I always felt insecure of my body and myself. I was very shy and sometimes I used to be bullied because of my skin color or just because I had talent so I stopped training for a while. When I was a teenager I started to become more introvert and then I went to the university and got a degree in Multimedia Design but I always knew that wasn't my real path.

Years later, I discovered Pole Dance and I knew I finally found my real passion and I started to train for shows and competitions. The pole dance community is so lovely that I realized that I loved teaching and helping others so I became a Pole Dance Instructor. Few years later I started to become more interested in fitness so I also became a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.

Now I am a mom and I feel more fit and healthier than ever. I know I can show you the way to feel the same as me! I am a confident, strong and empowered woman now. Fitness has changed my life.

 

My goal now is to help real women like you and me and that's why I created my fitness company. I have helped thousand of women around the world with my fitness programs and the results are amazing!
